Looking back, there were a lot of embarrassing trends from the 90’s but all those tacky butterfly clips and bucket hats hold a special place in my heart.  I’ve since given up most of my  pre-00’s era accoutrements but I will always be a fan of chokers and graphic tee’s.  Junk Food came about in the late 90’s and continues to make comfy tops with wit.  I say, when in doubt, a good pair of denim & a tee are always a solid choice…just don’t plan on wearing a top like this one without a bit of confidence and a good sense of humor.
